Is the land freehold and when can registry be executed?

Yes, all residential plots under Vrindavan Awas Yojana (Manzil Abode) are 100% freehold properties. Immediate registry and physical mutation are executed in favor of the allottee upon clearing milestone dues according to the stipulated schedule.
What is the procedure if my name is not selected in the allotment draw?

In the event that an allotment is not confirmed, Rs. 11,000/- is completely refunded to your bank account within 45 working days. The Rs. 500/- application processing fee is non-refundable. You simply email your application reference and bank details to info@vrindavanawasyojana.org.
How does the 33% Women & Government Employee reservation work?

Under this empowerment quota, 33% of the total available units are specifically prioritized for female applicants (in individual or joint ownership) and serving/retired central or state government personnel, giving them higher priority during the computerized draw.
What are the Management Quota plots and how to book them?

A limited selection of prime plots is reserved under the Management Quota. Unlike the general lottery draw, these plots offer guaranteed confirmed allotment upon an upfront payment of 15% of the total plot cost on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
What external development charges (EDC) & meter charges are applicable?
